Mike Chapman is the Vice President of Operations for Miller Timber Services. Mike received a B.S. in Forest Operations Management from Oregon State University in 2011 and a B.S. in Geology from Southern Oregon University in 1986. Mike has more than thirty-five years of experience in forest operations, including a decade of Cut-to-Length (CTL) experience with Miller Timber Services.

In his role with Miller Timber Services, Mike serves as Chief of Operations for the Redwood and Sierra divisions in Northern California. Mike’s primary job duties directly involve job costing, financial planning and analysis, profit/loss, machine rates, cash flow analysis, and project pricing. Mike has been a member of the Society of American Foresters (SAF) since 2009. Before coming to Miller Timber Services, Mike worked as a professional timber faller and hazard tree faller on wildland fires.
